I’ll keep it to the point since you’re not here to find out the color of my eyes.
You want to know about my skill and knowledge as a drummer!
I started playing drums in 1997, when I was nine. I was instantly hooked to the instrument though my relationship with my drum teachers was hit or miss. I often felt bored with the lessons and didn’t always want to practice. When I turned 13 I stopped taking lessons and started a band. My passion for my craft exploded and a whole new world opened up. From that moment on all I cared about was my music, I was in many bands and wrote many songs and in the decade that followed played over 1000 shows. Around 2010 a friend of mine approached me who was curious about taking drum lessons and I was thrilled with the idea. After I began that journey I started wanting to know more about the music business and ended up graduated with a degree in Music Business from Berklee. I continued taking lessons and realizing that my teachers, though good, had not taught me the way I needed to be taught. I vowed to become the teacher who was able to teach each student differently based on their needs, aspirations and even their personalities. I don't stick to the status quo, I do and teach what is logical.
