COVID19 Update: All Lessons will be moved to the online platform until further notice
I’ll keep it to the point since you’re not here to find out the color of my eyes.
You want to know about my skill and knowledge as a drummer!
I started playing drums in 1997, when I was nine. I was instantly hooked to the instrument though my relationship with my drum teachers was hit or miss. I often felt bored with the lessons and didn’t always want to practice. When I turned 13 I stopped taking lessons and started a band. My passion for my craft exploded and a whole new world opened up. From that moment on all I cared about was my music, I was in many bands and wrote many songs and in the decade that followed played over 1000 shows. Around 2010 a friend of mine approached me who was curious about taking drum lessons and I was thrilled with the idea. After I began that journey I started wanting to know more about the music business and ended up graduated with a degree in Music Business from Berklee. I continued taking lessons and realizing that my teachers though good had not taught me the way I needed to be taught. I vowed to become the teacher who was able to teach each student differently based on their needs, aspirations and even their personalities. I don't stick to the status quo, I do and teach what is logical.
